《本科生学习指南》、《研究生手册》和《国际学生学习指南》是学校实施人才培养工作的重要指导性文件,学校立德树人教育理念的重要体现,是学生在校学习生活的行动指南。为进一步提高手册装帧美感,提升影响力和感染力,现面向全校学生开展2026版学生制度手册封面设计竞选征集活动,具体通知如下:
一、征集内容
《2026级本科生学习指南》、《2026级研究生手册》和《2026级国际学生学习指南》封面及封底图案设计。
二、参选对象
深圳校区在校本科生、研究生,以个人或团体形式参选。
三、作品提交时间及要求
1.参选作品要求在2026年6月22日前提交至 due@hit.edu.cn,邮件标题以“学院-学号-姓名-封面设计竞选”进行命名。
2.参选作品一套三式(分别对应三类制度手册),整套作品的设计风格一致。封面、封底成品尺寸均为210mm×290mm(A4),内容应包含哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)中英文及校标、手册中英文名称、教务处网址及公众号、2026字样等。邮件发送的三个作品设计效果图格式要求为JPG,分辨率不低于300dpi,单张图片大小不超过20MB。每个作品命名要求为“学院-学号-姓名-封面设计竞选(本科生/研究生/国际学生)”。
3.参选作品总体风格简约大方、寓意贴切、应融入校区视觉形象识别的相关元素,体现校园文化特色和内涵,展现青春向上的精神风貌。
4.参选作品必须原创,不得侵犯他人知识产权,不得剽窃、抄袭他人作品。
四、活动组织实施
由教务处组织专家组评审,最终确定获奖设计作品名单。
五、活动奖项设置
一等奖1名:奖励证书及奖金800元
二等奖2名:奖励证书及奖金500元
三等奖3名:奖励证书及奖金300元
优秀奖5名:奖励证书
六、活动规则
1.参选人应同意,在本次征集活动期间不再公开使用已提交作品进行本次活动之外的其他商业活动。
2.作品入选后要求提供原稿文件。作品一经选用,知识产权归哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)所有。参选人应同意,学校可能对入选作品进行修改及借鉴,形成最终成品。
3.在提交参选作品时,请参选人自留底稿,所有提交的作品一律不予退还。
4.本次活动规则的最终解释权归教务部教务处。

Notice on the Solicitation of Cover Designs for the 2026 Student Handbook

The Undergraduate Study Guide, Graduate Student Handbook, and International Student Study Guideare essential guiding documents for the university’s talent cultivation efforts. They embody the educational philosophy of “fostering virtue through education” and serve as a practical guide for students throughout their academic journey. To enhance the visual appeal of these publications and increase their influence and resonance, the university is launching a campus-wide solicitation for cover design entries for the 2026 editions of the student handbooks. Specific details are as follows:
I. Solicitation Scope
Designs for the front and back covers of the following three publications:
2026 Undergraduate Study Guide
2026 Graduate Student Handbook
2026 International Student Study Guide
II. Eligibility
All current undergraduate and graduate students at the Shenzhen Campus. Submissions may be made individually or as a team.
III. Submission Deadline and Requirements
Deadline: All entries must be submitted to due@hit.edu.cn by June 22, 2026. The email subject line must follow the format: School-Student ID-Name-Cover Design Competition.
Design Requirements: Applicants must submit a set of three designs (one for each handbook) with a consistent overall style. The finished size for both the front and back covers is 210mm × 290mm (A4). Each design must include the Chinese and English names of Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), the official university emblem, the titles of the respective handbooks in both languages, the website and official WeChat account of the Academic Affairs Office, and the year "2026".
Technical Specifications: Submit design renderings in JPG format with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi. The file size for each image should not exceed 20 MB. Each file must be named: School-Student ID-Name-Cover Design Competition (Undergraduate/Graduate/International Student).
Style Guidelines: Entries should be simple, elegant, and meaningful. Designs must incorporate elements from the campus Visual Identity (VI) system, reflect the unique characteristics and spirit of the campus culture, and convey a youthful and positive ethos.
Originality: All submissions must be original works. Plagiarism or infringement upon others' intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
IV. Organization and Review
The Academic Affairs Office will organize a panel of experts to review the submissions and finalize the list of winning designs.
V. Awards
First Prize (1 winner): Certificate of Award + RMB 800
Second Prize (2 winners): Certificate of Award + RMB 500
Third Prize (3 winners): Certificate of Award + RMB 300
Excellence Award (5 winners): Certificate of Award
VI. Terms and Conditions
Participants agree not to use their submitted works for any commercial activities unrelated to this competition during the solicitation period.
Winners will be required to provide the original source files. Once a design is selected, its intellectual property rights shall belong to Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen). The university reserves the right to modify or adapt the winning work to finalize the published version.
Participants are advised to keep copies of their own drafts; submitted materials will not be returned.
The Academic Affairs Office reserves the final right of interpretation for the rules of this event.
