要点提示(Tips)：
1.退学的研究生，自公布之日的下个月起停发奖助学金及各项津贴，并在两周内离校；学费退还事宜按国家和学校财务规定执行。 From the month following the dismissal announcement, the students will no longer receive scholarships, stipends or other financial aids and must leave the university within two weeks; Tuition refunds will be handled according to national and university financial regulations.
2.退学的研究生，不得申请复学。Dismissed students are not eligible to apply for reinstatement.
